Instructor Certification

A 4-hour course designed to equip learners to become instructors of employee level workplace violence prevention & intervention training.

This certification course includes:

• A background for workplace violence training

• A deeper look into extreme violence

• Examples of business cases and compliance issues

• An understanding of what should be included in training to meet prevailing standards and best practices

• Information on how to survive a hostage situation

• A demonstration of how to present this material

Upon completion of this course, participants will receive:

• A certification for instruction

• Use of CPPS’ video programs for live training sessions

• Courseware including instructor guides and slide decks
